Linhof Kardan Color

The Linhof Kardan Color is a well made and machined 4x5 camera. It has a complete range of independent locking movements and capabilities, prepared to meet any professional demand. Design includes front and rear rack and pinion fine focus, and geared rise. Its light weight makes it ideal for outdoor use.

The 4x5 version of the Kardan Color has a solid cast piece surrounding the tubular monorail, like the Linhof Color 4x5, and inherits the locking-strut back tilts of the Technika series. The 5x7 and 8x10 Kardan Color are very different designs, with open yokes for both front and rear standards with tilts centered on the optical axis.
